One of my all time favorite desserts has to be cheesecake. I could eat three slices by myself. Even though, yes, I do treat myself to a nice big slice occasionally when out with friends or family, I can't do that all the time. Lucky for me, and now for you, this amazing cheesecake is guilt free. It's soft and creamy on the inside with a nice brown outside. It's high in protein, and all the ingredients are clean. Now try to find something wrong with that!! Go bake yourself a cheesecake and enjoy a slice..or two! Keep scrolling for the recipe and macros. Let me know what you guys think!
Ingredients
6oz. plain nonfat greek yogurt
2 tbsp. reduced fat cream cheese
3 tbsp. egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( I used SFH vanilla whey protein )
4 french vanilla stevia drops ( could replace with stevia and drop of vanilla )
Directions
Mix or blend together all ingredients. Spray small baking pan with non-stick coconut oil spray. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 300 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Turn oven off and let sit with oven partly open for about 10 minutes. Put in fridge and let cool. Serve and Enjoy! Top with whatever you like. Here, I chose a home made strawberry sauce and granola!
